Driftwood Climate was created to help private market investors turn climate intent into outcomes, supporting clients to satisfy LP expectations, meet regulatory outcomes, and drive value in the portfolio.
Founded by veterans of Malk Partners, Persefoni, Independence Point Advisors, and Wellington Management, our team has worked with over 100 private market investors to implement ESG and climate programs.

Our support includes operational and financed emissions measurement aligned with industry standards, footprint analysis and benchmarking, and preparation for third-party assurance.

Ryan Miller
Ryan Miller founded Driftwood Climate after having served as an SVP and the Head of Financial Services at Persefoni, a carbon accounting software platform. Prior to Persefoni, Ryan was a Partner at Malk Partners, a boutique consulting firm supporting private market investors on ESG strategy, diligence, and impact management. Ryan works out of Denver, Colorado.

Lindy Monteith
Lindy joined Driftwood Climate following ESG and sustainable investment roles at Wellington Management and Malk Partners. Most recently, she was a Sustainable Investment Specialist at Wellington, partnering with global investment and client teams to integrate climate and ESG considerations into public markets products and client solutions. Lindy is based in Breckenridge, Colorado.

Meg Lentz
Meg joined Driftwood Climate after having served as a Managing Director at Independence Point Advisors (IPA), a boutique investment bank and strategic advisor to investors and early stage companies on ESG and impact. Prior to IPA, Meg was a Principal at Malk Partners, where she led Malk's growth equity and impact investing consulting practices. Meg works out of Bend, Oregon.

Charlotte Reinnoldt
Charlotte joined Driftwood following ESG and impact consulting roles at Independence Point Advisors (IPA), KPMG, and Malk Partners. Most recently, she was an Associate Director at Impact Pathways, a sustainability consulting firm supporting corporates and investors on climate, nature, and social impact. Charlotte is based in Carlsbad, California.
